Database Administrator

Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views

• Provide database support to other team members

• Participate in design discussions internally and with customers

• Participate in the quoting process for custom database work

• Develop SQL script to assist with the data migration work

• Troubleshoot and maintain customer installed databases

• Create SQL scripts for the data conversions that will be required to integrate CHC’s Radiology Information System (RIS) into our customer’s workflow

• Design and implement tools and scripts to improve the efficiency of database-related processes and tasks

• Process work accurately and promptly

• Assist other team members in DB loading and cleanup of records associated with the data migration process.

• Assist other team members in scripting of reports.

• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Bachelor of Computer Science or a related information technology field

• 4+ yrs of experience

• Expertise in SQL+ and MS SQL - RIS

• EMR:

• EPIC

• Cerner

• Healthcare background

• Regulated data experience
