Automation Test Lead

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing for a warehouse automation and ERP integration initiative. This individual will own the overall testing strategy and plan, working closely with IT, automation, ERP, and business stakeholders to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and ensure execution stays on track. Responsibilities include managing test progress, defects, risks, and issue resolution, facilitating communication across technical and operational teams, identifying integration gaps and go-live risks, and providing regular updates to leadership. The Automation Test Lead will also oversee testing readiness, support go-live planning and execution, coordinate post-production hypercare activities, and help ensure critical business processes function seamlessly across all integrated systems.

7+ years of experience in testing coordination, program management, project management, or test leadership roles

Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, logistics, ERP, or enterprise system implementations

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive deliverables across multiple departments

Strong understanding of system integrations and end-to-end business process testing

Experience creating test plans, test execution strategies, and drive issue resolution to completion

Experience using Jira or similar tools for issue tracking and reporting

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience presenting status, risks, and testing progress to leadership teams Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

Exposure to warehouse automation environments, conveyors, robotics, or PLC-controlled systems
