Scrum Master Nearshore

We are seeking a highly collaborative and delivery-focused Scrum Master to support a medical device manufacturing client. This role will drive Agile execution across cross-functional teams focused on manufacturing technology, digital transformation, and connected factory initiatives. The Scrum Master will partner closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact solutions that enhance operational scalability, data visibility, and smart manufacturing capabilities.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
• Excellent communication, English speaking, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• English-speaking - Medical device manufacturing or manufacturing industry experience
