Job description
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS or GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware or software interface problems, defines input or output parameters, and ensures integration of entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability, and develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify or validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems. Performs design, integration, test, and verification or validation of electrical designs (DVT Testing). Develops advanced test plans, test procedures, test execution schedules, and test reports to support customer and key stakeholder reviews. Applies knowledge of Physics for system testing and validation.
Requirements
Active Secret Security Clearance required to start. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). At least 6 years of experience with design, integration, test, and verification or validation of electrical designs (DVT Testing). At least 6 years of experience with Physics for system analysis and testing. At least 6 years of experience developing and executing test plans. At least 6 years of experience with electronic testing for system validation. Ability to develop advanced test plans, test procedures, test execution schedules, and test reports. Experience deriving testability requirements from system specifications. Experience with hardware and software interface integration for subsystems. Experience with integration regression testing and discrepancy reporting. Experience coordinating subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
