Front End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with 5-7 years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will own front-end architecture decisions and build modern, responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to transform product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and production-ready experiences. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in component-based architecture, state management, performance optimization, API integrations, and frontend testing best practices. As a senior team member, you will conduct code reviews, mentor developers, establish engineering standards, and contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning. Experience building real-time or mission-critical applications, working with CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly preferred.

This role is looking to pay 60-65/hr while on contract as well as benefits and access to a 40k are provided.

• 5-7 years of professional front-end development experience

• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/accessible design

• Experience with state management, component architecture, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with REST APIs and real-time data (WebSockets or similar)

• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries

Experience with frontend testing tools and practices
