Sage Intacct Consultant

Kforce has partnered with an established nonprofit organization in the Annapolis, MD area that is seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant for a temporary engagement. The schedule may be approximately 15 to 20 hours per week or full-time, depending on consultant availability and final project scope. Flexible hybrid and remote options are available. Responsibilities:

• Review the current Sage Intacct configuration, data, workflows, and reporting
• Identify and resolve invoicing and billing issues
• Build and enhance financial reports and dashboards for a multi-entity environment
• Improve month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Troubleshoot accounting workflows and system-related concerns
• Document procedures and provide hands-on training to the finance team
• Coordinate with finance leadership and outside implementation partners
• Provide general accounting support as project scope allows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; significant Sage Intacct consulting experience may substitute
• Sage Intacct certification, Velixo experience, or nonprofit accounting exposure is preferred
• Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation or post-go-live optimization experience
• Experience building reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct
• Experience troubleshooting invoicing or billing processes
• Strong multi-entity accounting, general ledger, and month-end close knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently, document solutions, and train accounting users
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with executive leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
