nCino Solution Architect

Own and lead the end-to-end solution architecture for BMO’s nCino Business Banking Lending transformation

Define target-state architecture and create transition roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Lead enterprise integration architecture across customer channels, lending systems, data platforms, and core banking platforms

Establish API strategies, event-driven architecture standards, and integration patterns

Define architecture guardrails, governance frameworks, and design standards

Partner with business, product, engineering, security, data, and enterprise architecture teams

Facilitate architecture governance reviews and executive-level architecture presentations

Evaluate buy versus build versus configuration decisions across the platform landscape

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align on solution strategy

Mentor delivery architects, technical leads, and engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle

Drive architecture decisions supporting digital banking journeys, lending workflows, and enterprise scalability requirements

Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, operational, and performance standards across the organization

10+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Business Banking, and/or Commercial Lending

Deep expertise in loan origination, credit adjudication, underwriting, and credit actions (renewals, modifications, reviews)

Strong knowledge of deposits, treasury products, and banker-assisted/self-service digital banking journeys

Experience working with Tier 1 North American banking institutions

5+ years of hands-on nCino architecture experience

Multiple nCino lending implementation engagements

Experience with nCino Loan Origination, Commercial Lending, and Small Business Lending

Deep Salesforce Platform Architecture expertise

Experience with Experience Cloud and digital channel integrations

Strong understanding of configuration versus customization strategies within nCino and Salesforce

Previous experience as a Lead Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Program Architect

Expertise in API-led architecture, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns

Experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, enterprise security, identity management, and data architecture

Strong integration experience across core banking systems, customer/profile services, fraud and risk platforms, credit bureaus, BPM solutions, and analytics ecosystems nCino Architect Certification

Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect Certifications

Experience with Systematics or other core banking platforms

Experience within the Fiserv ecosystem

Knowledge of Alloy integrations

Experience with LaserPro document generation solutions

Experience supporting commercial lending modernization initiatives

Experience on large-scale banking transformation programs valued at $50MHybrid cloud and on-premises integration expertise
