Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large-scale Data Center and IoT initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This individual will join a product team responsible for delivering capabilities across multiple platforms and business units while coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and offshore resources.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can serve as a change agent and trusted advisor, helping mature Agile processes while driving execution across highly visible technical programs. The ideal candidate has experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, managing interconnected technology initiatives, and delivering products that aggregate and present data from numerous enterprise systems.
Day to Day

Lead technical program delivery supporting enterprise Data Center and IoT initiatives.

Coordinate efforts across multiple product, engineering, and business teams throughout the organization.

Partner closely with an offshore Scrum Master and distributed Agile teams to drive execution.

Facilitate planning, prioritization, dependency management, and stakeholder communication across a Scaled Agile Release Train (ART).

Gather requirements and translate business objectives into actionable technical deliverables.

Drive alignment across technologies including Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, frontend applications, and enterprise data platforms.

Oversee the development of products that ingest, aggregate, and present data from multiple sources.

Monitor program milestones, risks, blockers, and dependencies while providing regular updates to leadership.

Influence operational best practices and contribute recommendations on team structure, Agile maturity, and program execution.

Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
This position will pay $80-$100/hr dependent on YOE
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
-
Hands-on experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Experience supporting or participating in an Agile Release Train (ART).

Strong background managing complex, multi-team technical programs.

Experience serving as a change agent, advisor, or process improvement leader.

IoT (Internet of Things) experience is required, including programs involving large networks of connected physical devices.

Experience gathering and integrating data from multiple enterprise platforms and translating it into business-facing products or solutions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience working with distributed and offshore Agile teams.

Experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, requirements tracking, and user story management. - Experience with Salesforce platforms and integrations.

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA data and enterprise systems.

Exposure to React-based frontend applications and user experience delivery.

Experience using Jira within Agile development environments.

Background supporting Data Center, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.
