Job description

Insight Global is seeking a high technical Sterling EDI Developer to join the data office of a large Supply Chain client. This remote role focuses on the development and maintenance of the client’s IBM B2B Sterling environment, with a strong emphases on mapping and business process development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintenance of business processes within IBM B2B Sterling Integrator

  • Enhance EDI integrations with customers and suppliers

  • Assist with server installs and lags

  • Work closely with API teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure integration flow

  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and Sterling Integrator processes

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years of experience in business process development and map architecture within IBM B2B Sterling Integrator on a SQL Database

  • Strong hands-on experience with XML, XSLT for data transformation, mapping, and integration

  • Deep technical knowledge with Sterling Integrators BPML Code (Business Process Modeling Language) for workflow orchestration

  • Experience utilizing XPath for routing and validation - Exposure to MuleSoft or HTTPS/API coordination

  • Backend programming skills with Java, JavaScript, or Python

  • Certifications in IBM B2B Sterling Integrator
