Technical Program Manager

Summary: Drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Manage program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods
• Coordinate between vendor resourcing teams and internal stakeholders
• Track risk, issues, and delivery status; report to leadership
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members

• 7+ years technical program/project management experience
• Experience in blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
• PMP/Agile certification a plus
