Job description

Summary: Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform. Responsibilities:

Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros)
Remove blockers and facilitate cross-team coordination
Track velocity and delivery metrics
Support onboarding of new engineers into agile workflows

Requirements

7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments
CSM/PSM certification preferred
Experience with distributed/multi-geography teams
Familiarity with blockchain/fintech delivery a plus
