Our client, an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the software development department supporting the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, Math, Information Systems, Physics, or related fields.

• 6+ years of relevant software design and development experience with strong .NET Core / modern .NET experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in T-SQL coding, including writing and troubleshooting complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or intelligent autonomous agents, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
