Direct solliciteren Neem contact op, Role purpose: Lead and strengthen the organization’s technical security posture by designing, implementing, and governing cybersecurity controls, ensuring risk is managed and security requirements are embedded across systems and operations., * Define and maintain technical security standards, baselines, and reference architectures.

• Oversee security engineering for networks, cloud, endpoints, identity, and application platforms.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews for projects and changes.
• Drive vulnerability management, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Support incident response with technical investigation, containment guidance, and lessons learned.
• Ensure security monitoring and logging requirements are implemented and aligned to detection needs.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed security-by-design.
• Contribute to audits, compliance evidence, and security governance documentation.

• Strong knowledge of security controls across cloud, network, endpoint, IAM, and application security.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, secure configuration, and hardening.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable technical requirements and remediation plans.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Experience with security tooling (e.g., SIEM, EDR, scanning, IAM) and operational processes.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
