Product & Business Manager - Sovereign Components & Confidential Computing

We are looking for a Senior Product & Business Manager - Sovereign Components & Confidential Computing to drive the strategy, ecosystem development, and market adoption of next-generation sovereign computing and confidential computing solutions. At Bull, you will join the Enterprise Computing & Networking (ECN) Competency Centre and help shape Bull’s vision across sovereign infrastructure, confidential computing, trusted technologies, and sovereign AI initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and ecosystem development, turning innovation into market growth, differentiated offerings, and strategic partnerships., Define Strategy and Product Vision

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Sovereign Components and Confidential Computing solutions
• Define investment priorities, market positioning, and growth opportunities
• Translate market and customer needs into product strategies and business plans
• Build business cases supporting new developments, partnerships, and investments

Lead Sovereign Technology Strategy Drive Bull’s strategy across key sovereign computing technology domains, including:

• Sovereign hardware components, such as DPUs, SmartNICs, trusted silicon, AI accelerators, hardware roots of trust, and cryptographic security technologies
• Confidential computing technologies, including TEEs, attestation, confidential VMs and containers, key management, and confidential AI platforms
• Sovereign cloud, cloud-native, virtualization, hybrid-cloud, and orchestration platforms

The role focuses on assessing the strategic value, market potential, and business impact of these technologies and translating insights into roadmaps, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Drive Go-to-Market and Market Leadership

• Define value propositions, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies
• Identify priority industries and target market segments
• Drive product launches and commercialization activities
• Monitor market trends, competitors, regulations, and sovereign technology initiatives
• Represent Bull at industry events and strategic forums

Build Ecosystems and Strategic Partnerships

• Develop partnerships with semiconductor vendors, AI accelerator providers, DPU manufacturers, cloud vendors, open-source communities, and research organizations
• Coordinate joint business plans, technology roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives
• Strengthen Bull’s positioning in sovereign computing, confidential computing, and sovereign AI

Enable Sales and Drive Business Growth

• Act as the business expert for Sovereign Computing and Confidential Computing solutions
• Develop sales playbooks, positioning guides, competitive intelligence, and business value messaging
• Support strategic customer engagements and major transformation opportunities
• Build ROI, TCO, and business value models
• Establish KPIs around pipeline growth, win rates, revenue, and market adoption

Bridge Technology and Business

• Align product strategy, engineering priorities, and customer requirements
• Translate customer challenges into roadmap decisions and business opportunities
• Support the industrialization of innovation into successful market offerings
• Influence future platform and product evolution through close collaboration with customers, partners, and engineering teams

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technology Strategy, Product Marketing, or related leadership roles
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, datacenter technologies or related domains
• Proven experience defining roadmaps, developing ecosystems, and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders, strategic customers, and technology partners

Leadership Skills

• Strategic vision combined with strong execution capabilities
• Ability to translate complex technologies into business value
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and competitive intelligence capabilities

Languages

• Professional fluency in English is required
• French is considered a strong plus
