A/B Testing Artificial Intelligence Cloud Computing Cursor (Graphical User Interface Elements) Design of User Interfaces Next.js TypeScript WebSocket ReactJS Material UI

Job description

Work with React + TypeScript, the design system and component library, and real-time WebSocket UIs where dashboards and account states update live.

  • Take features from idea to shipped, including the last 10% of polish that makes them feel right.
  • Instrument the funnel, run A/B tests, and prove improvements with data when the funnel needs a lift.

We are Tradesyncer, the fastest-growing platform futures traders use to scale and improve: trade copying across unlimited evaluation and funded accounts in under 100 ms, plus journaling, analytics and risk management, all cloud-based with no installs. We integrate with NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView and more, across every major prop firm. We are a small, fast-moving team, and we want the front end to be as good as the engine underneath it. This is an on-site preferred, hybrid possible role in Amsterdam, with direct impact alongside the founding team, real ownership of entire surfaces, full platform access plus our prop firm partnerships, reliable monthly pay, and budget for hardware, learning and AI tooling. We build AI-first, and that is mandatory; Cursor is our editor and Claude is in the loop from planning to review, every day.

Requirements

An AI-first workflow, mandatory. We use Cursor daily and you can show us how it makes you faster and better.

  • A portfolio, required. Live work we can click through, not screenshots.
  • 3+ years shipping production front ends with strong React / TypeScript.
  • A real eye for hierarchy, motion and spacing, plus hands-on UI/UX experience with measurable lifts.
  • In or near Amsterdam; comfortable in Dutch or English.
  • Nice to have: data-dense real-time UIs, Next.js, an interest in trading.
