Join our Team as a IT Services & Compliance Analyst at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven IT Services & Compliance Analyst to be part of our exciting journey. Your Role: *You will be supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions and tracking remediation activities. *You will be representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences. *You will be owning and improving information technology processes, ensuring documentation is current and customer-focused solutions are developed. *You will be managing asset inventories, planning device replacements and providing forecasts to support budgeting. *You will be conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards and increasing visibility of service delivery. *You will be supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of Information Technology in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

*Qualifications: You will have strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within information technology service environments. *Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in information technology service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service and office administration. *Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem solving and organisational abilities, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience supporting and implementing information technology projects.

Up to £47,000 per annum
