Product Owner

• Own product backlog, enhancements, and issue tracking using JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, and business teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive resolution of Tier-2 incidents requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC, including testing, release planning, and production support.
• Serve as the primary contact for vessel deployments, new builds, dry docks, and hardware refresh initiatives.
• Configure, provision, inventory, and deploy tablets and mobile devices for client operations.
• Support SIT, UAT, load testing, and Proof of Concept activities.
• Coordinate and support remote check-in deployments, including device preparation, logistics, and on-site operational support.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, ServiceNow, SDLC, UAT, and production support.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with hardware/device deployments, field operations, or hospitality/travel technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be Miami-based and able to travel extensively to international destinations as business needs require.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
