This position is onsite 8am-5pm M-F, and may be periodically required to work after-hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet the needs of our customers. This may include managing impactful incidents, maintenance events, or project implementations. Primarily on campus, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work as approved.
Nature of work: Develops, maintains, and supports campus technology, hardware, software and systems as a first point of contact., * This position requires working knowledge of account management processes, networking, and remote management tools
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues is required
- The ideal candidate should be able to support multiple assignments and contribute to maintenance schedules and documentation
- Be able to operate independently on routine tasks and collaborate with others for complex problem solving

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of technical principles and methods of computers and peripherals
- Ability to integrate basic principles of discipline with processes and procedures
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of AV systems, networking, and remote management tools
- Ability to manage multiple support assignments
Benefits & conditions
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $18.87 - $26.87.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
