Network Engineer

Cisco Meraki - Hands-on experience with Meraki switches, wireless APs, templates/configuration, cameras, troubleshooting, and ideally multi-site network environments. Microsoft 365 / Entra ID -Administration of M365, Entra ID, MFA, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Active Directory / Identity -User provisioning, permissions, Group Policy, account administration, and access/security management. Network & Systems Administration -Strong troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Windows Server, backups, endpoints, and general infrastructure. They need someone capable of supporting the current environment while helping execute the network migration. Preferred: Multi-Site / Restaurant Technology -Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another distributed-location environment would translate well. Toast POS, online ordering, third-party delivery integrations, and surveillance/camera systems would be particularly valuable. Hands-On Troubleshooting & Customer Support - Must be comfortable working directly with restaurant managers and corporate users, diagnosing issues independently, managing vendors, and handling escalated problems. I would prioritize candidates in roughly this skill combination: Cisco Meraki + M365/Entra + Active Directory + multi-site networking + Windows Server + POS/restaurant or retail technology., Cisco Routers, Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco ASA, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Cisco Networking, All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
