Job description

Individual will assist customers in the Wildcat store in a variety of the day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our operation runs smoothly and is successful in supporting our business activities. Must be organized and competent as well as professional and have excellent communication skills. This role will require leadership skills. Must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out a variety of tasks., Physical Activity of this position Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full motion of the lower extremities and back muscles. Physical Requirements of this position Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading. The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

Requirements

High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications Must be punctual and reliable. Friendly and customer service oriented.

Associates in business administration or work equivalent is a plus.

Knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.

Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week, including evenings and some weekends.
