ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead who can provide hands-on ServiceNow development while leading technical discussions, solution architecture, automation, and mentoring of other ServiceNow developers., * Serve as a Team Lead and Senior ServiceNow Developer.

• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions and solution architectures.
• Design solutions that maximize automation, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead development of technical artifacts, roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and optimization plans.
• Participate in prototypes, technical reviews, and requirements discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform applications.
• Support ServiceNow architecture, design principles, integrations, and technical strategy.
• Drive technical discussions and reviews with customers and project stakeholders.
• Support IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Work with third-party technologies and enterprise integrations.
• Support development, maintenance, troubleshooting, requirements engineering, and QA activities.

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or 11+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with the U.S. Federal Government.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• 8+ years developing ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform applications, including:

• ITSM
• ITOM
• HAM
• SAM
• ITBM
• CSM
• SecOps
• GRC
• HR
• 5+ years participating in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and technical assessments.
• Experience working across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform and integrating third-party technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with system architecture, technical design principles, and impact analysis.
• 5+ years supporting IT data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• 5+ years of industry experience in areas such as Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, or similar industries.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving technical solutions and organizational change.
