SAP APM Functional Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP APM Functional Consultant to help a leading utility client optimize their asset reliability and maintenance strategies. You will play a critical role in moving the client from reactive maintenance to a predictive, reliability-centered approach using SAP APM., * Lead the design and implementation of SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).

• Integrate SAP APM seamlessly with SAP EAM / S/4HANA.
• Configure risk and criticality assessments, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Set up equipment health monitoring, rules, and IoT-driven alerts to predict and prevent asset failures.

• 10+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP APM (or strong SAP PdMS/AIN background).
• Deep understanding of predictive maintenance, asset strategy, and reliability engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing workshops.
