Job description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex enterprise applications using Java technologies.
Develop backend application components using Java 8 and Spring Framework.
Develop persistence and data-access components using JPA/Hibernate.
Develop and integrate applications with Oracle 12c/19c databases.
Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Work closely with UI/UX team members to translate designs and business requirements into functional user interfaces.
Develop and deploy enterprise applications within JBoss environments using development tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio.
Participate in Agile activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, reviews, and deployments.
Develop and execute unit tests using JUnit and support application troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Support the development of accessible user interfaces aligned with WCAG 2.1 or higher standards.

Requirements

Java Full Stack Developer Developer (Java/React) - Lansing, MI Duration: 12 months | Hybrid Seeking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, Oracle, JBoss, and React.js. The developer will work in an Agile development environment and collaborate closely with project managers, application owners, UI/UX teams, developers, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, teamwork, self-direction, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to project needs., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience programming complex systems using Java and development tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio.
4+ years of experience with Java 8.
5+ years of development experience using the Spring Framework.
5+ years of experience with JPA/Hibernate.
5+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
4+ years of experience working with Oracle 12c and/or Oracle 19c.
4+ years of experience developing applications in a JBoss Enterprise environment.
Experience with React.js for developing modern and responsive user interfaces., * Frontend development experience with a strong focus on WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards or higher.
4+ years of experience with JUnit and/or Tiles.
4+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Reports.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team.
