Job description
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The resource will work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions., * Develop, test, implement, and document Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Aura Components.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex following Salesforce best practices.
- Develop Apex test classes and maintain a minimum of 90% code coverage.
- Develop and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows and asynchronous Apex processes.
- Implement Salesforce security and data visibility, including profiles, roles, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and user management.
- Prepare and review test scripts and perform unit testing.
- Support deployment activities and follow DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development standards., * Independently handle assigned Salesforce development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to technical design and solution discussions.
- Follow Salesforce coding and development best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, PMs, business stakeholders, and other developers.
- Support junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consulting.
- Experience delivering multiple Salesforce development projects.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apex development, test classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce integrations, asynchronous Apex, Salesforce security and data visibility, and DevOps/CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
