Job description

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis About the Role Kopius is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team on-site at our new Atlanta office. This role will serve as the primary IT point of contact for our Atlanta-based team, providing hands-on technical support while working closely with our centralized IT team based in Argentina. You will act as our local IT presence in Atlanta - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting office infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the “eyes and hands” of a distributed IT team, works effectively with both in-person users and remote colleagues, and takes ownership of the operational health of a growing office environment., * Provide on-site IT support to employees in the Atlanta office

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Perform basic Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including user support and access-related tasks
  • Support endpoint management through our MDM platform (Microsoft Intune experience preferred)
  • Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, switches, and office infrastructure
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office installations, repairs, internet services, cabling, and other IT-related work
  • Assist with IT asset management, inventory, equipment deployments, and procurement
  • Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires and recover equipment during offboarding
  • Participate in regular meetings with the centralized IT team and maintain constant communication to ensure alignment on priorities and ongoing projects
  • Escalate issues when necessary while acting as the “hands and eyes” of the IT department in the Atlanta office
  • Assist with maintaining office technology, meeting rooms, conferencing equipment, and general workplace IT operations

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with employees at all levels and coordinate effectively with a remote IT team
  • Strong customer service orientation - patient, approachable, and solution-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with a distributed team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through discipline
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Comfortable being the sole on-site IT presence and taking ownership of local operational outcomes
  • Reliable and dependable - comfortable with the accountability that comes with being the local point of contact
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over office IT health and user experience

Technical Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience providing on-site IT support in a corporate environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or another MDM solution
  • Basic networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching
  • Experience supporting printers, peripherals, and office equipment
  • Experience with IT asset management, inventory, and equipment lifecycle (deployment, recovery, procurement)
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors for office IT operations
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Nice to have: IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting conferencing equipment and meeting room technology
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting distributed / hybrid teams across multiple time zones
  • Nice to have: Prior experience in IT services, technology consulting, or professional services environments

Benefits & conditions

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / year. Individual pay within the posted range is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • Location: This is a full-time on-site role based at our Atlanta, GA office. Candidates must be located in the Atlanta metro area.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship, transfer, or extension of work authorization now or in the future.
