Job description

Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to perform activities including: o System trade studies and associated analyses, as well as analyses of alternatives o System performance modeling and analyses o System Interface Design and associated Functional Modeling and Decomposition
Requirements Verification Test
Participation in engineering technical reviews
Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDR
Work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility

Requirements

Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any of the following (or related discipline): o Systems Engineering o Computer Engineering / Computer Science o Electrical Engineering o Aerospace Engineering o Mechanical Engineering o Mathematics o Physics
5-7 years of experience in discipline
Proficiency in any combination of the following skills: o Unix/Linux Operating Systems o Integrated Development Environment (e.g., VSCode, Eclipse) o Git and/or GitLab o C++ o Java o Python o MATLAB
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo)
Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Atlassian)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong mathematics, physics, data analysis, or data-mining techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, * Laboratory experience (hands on testing, instrumentation, or experimental setups)
Familiarity with SW reliability, high availability, recovery
Experience with, or knowledge of, Aegis, missile communications, track filtering, navigation systems, weapon management
Experience with issue investigation and defect correction
Experience in containerized development (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
Experience with data analysis (e.g., data mining, statistical analysis, or related tools)
Willingness to travel and support off hours lab events or customer engagements

Salary Range: $150,000 - 165,000, based on education & experience
