IVR .NET Developer

We are looking for a seasoned IVR .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/NLP-driven IVR and voice interaction solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in .NET, Python, NodeJS and have experience with API integration, Cloud Services, and Monitoring & Troubleshooting., 1. Design, develop and implement AI/NLP-driven IVR and voice interaction solutions.

1. Integrate IVR platforms with backend services and data systems.
2. Ensure the reliability and quality of customer experience.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
4. Develop and maintain software documentation.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.
6. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. 5-10 years of proven experience as an IVR Developer, .NET Developer, or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of .NET, Python, and NodeJS.
3. Experience with API Integration, Cloud Services, and Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
4. Experience with IVR Platforms and Voice Bots.
5. Proficiency in NLP/NLU technologies.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
