Information Technology Routing & Switching Firewall Services Module

Job description

Assess, plan, and implement DNS/DDI and network equipment migration/refresh
Configure and support routing, switching, and firewall solutions
Ensure network design aligns with security and architecture standards
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and DNS-related issues
Perform incident, change, and problem management
Support patching, upgrades, and system optimization
Collaborate with internal teams/vendors for implementation
Maintain accurate documentation and network diagrams

Requirements

Strong knowledge of routing & switching (L2/L3)
Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI)
Firewall configuration and network security concepts
Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools, * Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in network engineering
Bachelor?s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) ? preferred, not mandatory
Ability to work in a team-oriented and inclusive environment
Willingness to support on-call or shift-based operations if required
