Job description

As a Lead Transformation Program Manager in the Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution team, you will guide complex, firmwide technology initiatives that drive organizational change. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will focus on iterative delivery, effective communication, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. You will help us achieve strategic goals and support our transformation journey., * Lead and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, integrating technical requirements and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption and integration of new technologies and processes, implementing change management plans.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, maintaining project momentum and implementing contingency plans.
  • Monitor and assess program and project performance, reporting outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Lead and coach project teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives or complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Track record in project/program management, change management, and process improvement.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic transformation plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Capacity to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation., * Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant systems, platforms, and digital tools.
