Job description

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Prozess- und IT-Themen
  • Aufnahme und Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungskonzepte
  • Steuerung von IT- und Transformationsprojekten bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern
  • Dokumentation und Präsentation von Projektergebnissen gegenüber verschiedenen Stakeholdern

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Beratung, Prozessmanagement oder IT-Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM- oder Workflow-Systemen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
