The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM components, templates, workflows, DAM, Java-based AEM development, modern frontend technologies, and enterprise application support. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites and applications.
  • Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
  • Work extensively with AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Dynamic Media, and asset pipelines.
  • Manage and support DAM workflows, metadata schemas, asset processing, and content management capabilities.
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Implement and support Single Page Applications (SPA) integrated with AEM Headless and traditional AEM architectures.
  • Provide end-to-end L3/L4 application support for Adobe Experience Manager, including ticket triage, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user assistance, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Design, validate, configure, and deploy small to medium AEM enhancements across sandbox and production environments.
  • Collaborate with Adobe teams, developers, architects, UX/UI designers, business analysts, stakeholders, and content authors to deliver scalable AEM solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to reduce manual processes and improve application usability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of AEM configurations, deployments, system changes, and operational procedures.
  • Support system availability, data accuracy, data integrity, audit requirements, and access review processes.
  • Coordinate hosting configuration, access management, and operational support with cloud and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines for automated AEM deployment.
  • Support adoption of modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and integrate REST APIs, JSON-based services, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Work with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident, issue, and change management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website development.
  • Strong experience with AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
  • Experience with AEM Dynamic Media, DAM workflows, metadata schemas, and asset processing.
  • Strong Java development experience with AEM.
  • Hands-on experience with Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
  • Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Experience implementing AEM Headless solutions and Single Page Applications (SPA).
  • Experience providing L3/L4 application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with AEM configuration, administration, security, and deployment management.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise system integration concepts.
  • Experience working with cloud environments and modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AEM Cloud Service and modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Strong experience with AEM Headless architecture and SPA integrations.
  • Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD implementation.
  • Experience with enterprise application support and production environments.
  • Experience with security, access management, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and content authors.
