About the company

Innovien is supporting the platform work behind a high-traffic, nationally recognized consumer website. We’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer to own the AEM side of it - hands-on. This is a technical leadership seat for someone who still wants to write Java code, set the standards, and make the architecture calls without moving into people management.

What You’ll do:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support AEM applications powering a high-traffic public site
  • Stay in the code while leading technically: code review, standards, mentoring, architecture decisions.
  • Support the AEM environment across on-prem and cloud (author, publish, dispatcher)
  • Build solutions across Java, REST-based microservices, AWS, and modern front-end
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver enhancements alongside developers and architects
