Job description

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of office equipment (PCs, users’ laptops (Windows 11, MacOS), peripheral devices, meeting rooms, office hardware) and employee software.
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding. Preparation/replacement of equipment, setting up workplaces.
  • Processing requests in ServiceDesk and resolving incidents.
  • Maintaining IT asset inventory, updating configurations, and ensuring the availability of backup equipment.
  • Planning and coordinating technical maintenance, updates, and local projects.
  • Interacting with service centers, internet service providers (ISPs), suppliers, and contractors.
  • Budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier management.
  • Participating in the implementation of corporate IT standards and policies.
  • Aligning and coordinating technical solutions and processes.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in IT support / system administration (3+ years).
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience working with ServiceDesk systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Skills in maintaining office hardware (laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, video conferencing systems).
  • Basic skills in budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier relations.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Good communication skills, responsibility, and systemic thinking.
