Technical Support Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive IT Systems Coordinator to join a fast-paced, multi-site environment where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role supporting everything from user support and infrastructure to ERP and operational systems across production, warehousing, and office teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across the business
• Supporting ERP, warehouse, and operational systems
• Maintaining hardware, networks, and user environments
• Troubleshooting issues on-site (including shop-floor tech, scanners, printers)
• Coordinating with suppliers and managing IT assets
• Assisting with system upgrades, improvements, and ongoing projects

• Experience in IT support or a similar coordination role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and general networking
• Exposure to ERP or operational systems (highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, operational environment
