• Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor and collaborate with customers to gain real-world experience.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and innovation opportunities.
• Create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations to position SAP over competitors.
• Support demand generation through marketing events and assist in proposal response for deal execution.

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies and industry-standard tools for solution delivery.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a cooperative, productive approach to relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethics for identifying business problems solvable with AI.
• Business acumen and knowledge of processes or industries.
• Proficiency in English for global collaboration.
