Oracle Financials Analyst

The successful candidate will support Oracle Financials functionality across a complex Finance environment, assisting with projects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to multiple systems and processes, providing the opportunity to develop broad expertise and progress towards a subject matter expert level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex processes and data?
• Previous experience in a functional or SME role, ideally within Finance or related areas?
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as Oracle Financials or ERP Cloud platforms?
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation?
• Knowledge of business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related functions?
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, user acceptance testing, and system validation?, * Work on a strategic transformation programme modernising Finance services?
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialists in a supportive environment?
• Develop your expertise across multiple systems and processes while contributing to meaningful business outcomes?
