Oracle Systems Administrator Lead

An Oracle Systems Administrator Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join our public sector client based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle and wider enterprise systems across a large scale transformation environment. The role will focus on ensuring operational stability, system performance, security, and continuous improvement across critical business services platforms. Please note: the successful candidate will be required to undergo relevant security clearance checks.

Experience in Systems Administration or IT Operations leadership? Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, including system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security management? Experience managing complex IT infrastructures, environments, and support teams? Knowledge of IT Service Management, operational support, and ITIL aligned processes? Experience overseeing system performance, availability, security monitoring, and incident response activities? Experience supporting transformation programmes, system improvements, and operational change initiatives? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills? Would you like to? Work closely with Technology, Operations, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure system reliability and service excellence?
