Spok System Engineers

Spok System Engineers Remote The two System Engineers-Spok System will provide technical expertise and support for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Spok communication system and devices used for critical patient-care support to the Clinical Center. This role ensures the system operates efficiently and aligns CIT’s requirements, maintaining flexibility and continuity of resources. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical lead for the Call Center systems

• Install, configure, and maintain the Spok communication system.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Spok with other systems.
• Perform regular system upgrades and patches.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide on-call support as appropriate
• Ensure cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or seven years of relevant experience,

• Experience with Spok and similar communication systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
