Job description
- We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team.
- This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to support Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance and other HCM modules.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Reporting tools and a strong understanding of HR data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders., * Design, build, and maintain simple to complex reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, metrics/KPI’s and Dashboards using Workday Report writer, worksheets, Discovery Boards and Slides and other tools available.
- Maintain the catalog of available standard and custom reports, including calculated fields in related business objects.
- Optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions.
- Work with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into Workday reports.
- Provide insights and analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Identify trends and anomalies within HR data.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules.
- Maintain Workday security settings related to reporting access and permissions.
- Perform rigorous testing of new and modified reports to ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide training and documentation on Workday reporting tools for HR and business users.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance on how to utilize reports effectively.
- Support audit and compliance reporting needs via Workday., This is an entrylevel Field Services position with the following responsibilities:

Service Tickets: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Deployment: Perform application updates and patches as needed, and provide floor support through regular rounding.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships.

Collaboration: Work with other Field Services teams, Nursing teams, and Server teams to escalate and resolve issues.

Communication: Clearly explain issues, solutions, and instructions to customers.

Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and service appointments within scheduled timeframes.

Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Adaptability: Adjust to new technologies, tools, and varying work environments and conditions.

SelfSufficiency: Work independently on ticket resolution and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements
- Minimum three plus (3) + years of experience working with Workday Reporting tools.
- Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions.
- Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and creating and maintaining Prism data pipelines
- Strong problemsolving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.
