Job description
Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator across Salesforce environments. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and access controls. Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation processes. Respond to user support requests, enhancement requests, and platform issues. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Coordinate evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement and development requests. Facilitate backlog grooming and requirements sessions. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications. Review and improve vendor-developed Salesforce solutions and configurations. Perform system audits, health checks, and release readiness activities. Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and change management processes. Recommend scalable solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices. Provide user guidance, documentation, and training support.
Requirements
Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who understands business objectives and translates them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong administrative, development, integration, and stakeholder engagement experience, with a preference for configuration-based solutions over unnecessary customization. Note: Candidate must have 4+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio experience., Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience. Experience serving as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment. Strong experience with: User Management Security & Permissions Reports & Dashboards Workflow Rules Process Automation Salesforce Flow Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience facilitating backlog grooming sessions. Experience supporting Salesforce integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Mandatory Experience 4+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio experience, including: OmniScripts, Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud. Experience supporting Education, Government, or Public Sector organizations. Agile/Scrum experience. Experience evaluating vendor-delivered Salesforce solutions.
