Job description
Clinisys is seeking an Application Support Analyst to manage incidents within SLA in a Service Management environment. This permanent role follows a five-day week with core hours from 08:00 to 20:00, and a hybrid model with three days in the Woking office.
Requirements
You will build rapport with end users, resolve calls, and participate in on-call and training activities, applying knowledge of AI-enabled pathology tools where appropriate. Strong IT experience and excellent communication are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
