- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within the Communications ART.
- Support PI Planning, iteration execution, and ART-level ceremonies in alignment with SAFe Agile practices.
- Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery.
- Maintain and communicate program-level status, risks, and dependency dashboards.
- Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with program-level delivery experience to support a Communications Agile Release Train (ART) within a large insurance transformation. This role focuses on agile execution, cross-team dependency management, and coordination with internal platform teams and external vendors in a co-sourced delivery model., * 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role.
- Hands-on experience working in SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) environments.
- Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.
- Strong experience managing cross-team, cross-ART, and third-party dependencies.
- Experience working in co-sourced delivery models with onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally., * Experience supporting Communications, Digital, or MarTech Agile Release Trains.
- Exposure to customer communications platforms (OpenText Exstream, xPression, Quadient, Adobe).
- Experience within the insurance or financial services domain.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and/or PMP certification.
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
