Job description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within a Communications ART.
  • Support PI Planning, iteration execution, and ARTlevel ceremonies in alignment with SAFe Agile practices.
  • Identify, track, and proactively manage crossteam, crossART, and thirdparty dependencies.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external vendors.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery.
  • Maintain and communicate programlevel status, risks, and dependency dashboards.
  • Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Handson experience working in SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) environments.
  • Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ARTlevel ceremonies.
  • Strong experience managing programlevel dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Experience working in cosourced delivery models (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Communications, Digital, or MarTech ARTs.
  • Exposure to customer communications platforms (OpenText Exstream, xPression, Quadient, Adobe).
  • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and/or PMP certification.

Benefits & conditions

Base salary range: $100,000 $118,000 annually This role may also be eligible for annual bonincentive compensation based on role and plan eligibility.
