Are you highly organised, confident working with data and Excel, and looking for a Monday to Friday role within one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups?
This is an excellent opportunity to join the head office team of a successful and expanding dealership group, supporting the business through the management and administration of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
If you’re currently working in an administration, database, customer service or office-based role and enjoy working with systems, data and process improvement, we’d love to hear from you., You’ll play a key part in ensuring the CRM system runs efficiently across the business, helping colleagues make the most of customer data while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Importing, exporting and managing data
- Producing reports and supporting marketing campaigns
- Providing support to CRM users across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Working closely with different departments to ensure the CRM system operates effectively
- Maintaining data quality and GDPR compliance
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and data and takes pride in producing accurate work.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous administration or CRM experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT and database skills
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience within the motor trade is not essential, as full training will be provided on the dealership CRM system.
