Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Product Engineer to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will drive efficiency, automation, and innovation to improve employee experience and business operations. This role will work on internal HR modules in Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Learning Management System with focus on building enhancements for global markets, expertise in driving data-driven decision-making, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee experience across the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall HRIS platform such as employee Onboarding/ Offboarding system, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management System
  • Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Identify people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting, processes
  • Design solutions which are scalable across geographies, leveraging the architectural principles around personas, roles and simple UX for high user adoption
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements for HR modules
  • Provide functional expertise in their respective HR modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning and act as SME to drive product roadmap

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and related platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues
  • Project management experience and familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong skills in data integrity, and data management practices to ensure data privacy and controls
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, implementing, and optimizing HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance management systems, etc.).
  • Experienced with business process reviews, documentation and improvements through automation, system enhancements
