Print Estimator & Reprographics Administrator

• Preparing customer quotations and processing orders
• Managing artwork workflows and customer approvals
• Creating, checking and amending print-ready artwork
• Producing PDF proofs for customer approval
• Liaising with customers regarding artwork and print specifications
• Creating supplier purchase orders
• Updating jobs within PrintLogic MIS
• Managing delivery bookings and despatch administration
• Maintaining production files and job documentation
• Supporting customers via email and telephone
• Assisting with WooCommerce website administration and order management where required

This role requires previous experience within the print, packaging or graphics industry and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing artwork workflows and ensuring jobs progress smoothly from enquiry through to production., * Previous experience within the print, packaging or graphics industry

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Experience preparing and checking artwork for print production
• Understanding of bleed, safe areas, resolution, colour management and PDF proofing
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills

• Print estimating experience
• Experience with PrintLogic or another print MIS system
• Reprographics or pre-press experience
• Packaging or food packaging experience
• WooCommerce and WordPress administration experience
• Experience managing online products, customer orders and website content
• Understanding of web-to-print or e-commerce workflows, Please note: Previous print industry experience and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential. This role involves artwork checking, PDF proofing, reprographics and print production administration. Applications without relevant print or graphics industry experience are unlikely to be considered., * Do you have at least 2 years’ experience working in the print, packaging, reprographics or graphics industry, including practical use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat?
