Job description
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire Reports to: Business Development Manager Salary: Competitive, with performance incentives
A genuine first step into a meaningful marketing career - with mentoring, creative ownership and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work.
The opportunity
Are you finishing a digital marketing degree, or have you graduated recently and are ready to turn what you have learnt into work that matters? We are looking for a curious, commercially aware and creative graduate to join HRS Dental Care and help us communicate in a way that feels clear, human and genuinely useful.
This is not a role where you will spend every day making minor amends or posting content without purpose. Working closely with our Business Development Manager, clinicians and patient-facing team, you will help create campaigns and content that build trust, attract the right patients and strengthen relationships with our existing community.
You will be encouraged to bring ideas, test new approaches and develop quickly. We will give you support; in return, we want someone who takes ownership, welcomes feedback and cares about quality.
What you will be doing
· Create engaging content for our website, social channels, email campaigns, newsletters and patient resources.
· Turn clinical information and real patient experiences into warm, easy-to-understand stories and treatment explainers.
· Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, community activity and patient nurture journeys.
· Use AI tools thoughtfully to research, draft, repurpose and improve content while protecting accuracy, confidentiality and our distinctive tone of voice.
· Apply the principles of SEO, audience research and inbound marketing to improve our digital visibility.
· Review analytics from our website, social platforms, email and CRM, then use the findings to recommend practical improvements.
· Capture suitable photographs, short-form video and behind-the-scenes content, working sensitively within a healthcare environment.
· Support our content calendar, internal communications, recruitment content and onboarding materials.
Requirements
· A degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications or a closely related subject, completed recently or due to be completed soon.
· A strong writing style and the ability to make detailed information clear, accurate and engaging.
· A practical understanding of content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing and analytics.
· Confidence using, or a genuine interest in learning, tools such as Canva, content management systems, email platforms, CRM software and AI-assisted marketing tools.
· Good visual judgement and an interest in photography or short-form video.
· A proactive, organised approach, with the confidence to ask questions and the discipline to meet deadlines.
· Emotional intelligence and discretion when working with patients, clinicians and sensitive information.
· A small portfolio, university project, campaign example, blog, social account or other work that shows how you think and create. Professional experience is welcome, but it is not essential.
You will enjoy this role if you…
· want broad, hands-on experience across several marketing channels
· enjoy combining creativity with data and commercial thinking
· are interested in how technology and AI are changing search, content and customer journeys
· like working closely with people and turning their expertise into compelling communication
· want your work to have a visible impact on a growing local business and the patients it serves., We recruit for potential as well as experience. If you meet most of the criteria and can show curiosity, initiative and strong communication skills, we would be pleased to hear from you.
