Senior Business Solutions Manager

Dangeyu Digital & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Manager to lead the development and delivery of practical business and digital solutions for clients.

The successful candidate will work across commercial, operational, and technology teams to understand business needs, improve processes, manage solution delivery, and support long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business solutions and improvement initiatives from planning through delivery
• Analyse client requirements, processes, and operational challenges
• Develop practical business and technology-enabled solutions
• Manage projects, priorities, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, and commercial teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
• Support proposals, presentations, business cases, and solution plans
• Monitor project performance, client satisfaction, and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services

• Experience in business solutions, consulting, operations, technology, account management, or a related area
• Experience managing projects, clients, teams, or business initiatives
• Good understanding of business processes and digital solutions
• Strong communication, leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Good commercial and analytical awareness
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, or business systems is advantageous
• Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
