Digital Solutions Manager

Jacqulin Digital Ventures Ltd is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to guide the delivery of digital tools and services that address practical business needs. The role will connect users, business teams, and technical resources, taking ideas from initial requirements through implementation and ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess business needs and identify suitable digital solutions
• Define priorities and expected outcomes for digital initiatives
• Coordinate projects involving platforms, applications, and online services
• Translate user requirements into clear actions for delivery teams
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and implementation activities
• Work with internal specialists and external technology providers
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital tools
• Review existing systems and recommend practical enhancements
• Track user feedback and digital service performance
• Prepare project updates and solution recommendations for stakeholders
• Support the development of scalable digital processes as business needs evolve

• Experience in digital solutions, technology projects, business systems, digital operations, project management, or a related field
• Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Familiarity with common digital platforms and workplace technologies
• Good project organisation and prioritisation skills
• Analytical and solution-focused approach
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Management experience is beneficial but not essential where strong project delivery experience can be demonstrated
• Relevant qualifications or transferable professional experience will be considered
