Job description

  • Daily support en troubleshooting binnen de ERP-omgeving en gekoppelde bedrijfsapplicaties.
  • Vlot communiceren met internationale key users, proceseigenaren en externe IT-partners.
  • Waken over de naadloze integratie tussen de centrale ERP-software en overige applicaties.
  • Analyseren van incidenten en dit omzetten in efficiënte, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.

Requirements

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een ERP- of applicatie-supportrol.
  • Kennis van grote ERP-pakketten (bijv. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics of gelijkaardig).
  • Sterke soft skills: communicatief, pragmatisch, klantgericht en een echte teamplayer.
  • Goed inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen (sales, logistiek, productie, finance).

Benefits & conditions

  • Salaris: Bruto maandloon tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 (afhankelijk van ervaring).
  • Vakantie: Maar liefst 38 vakantiedagen! (20 wettelijk + 18 ADV).
  • Flexibiliteit: Glijdende uren, 2 dagen vast thuiswerk/week + 15 extra thuiswerkdagen per jaar.
  • Verzekeringen: Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering voor het hele gezin, plus gewaarborgd inkomen.
  • Extra’s: Vaste 2,5% bruto jaarpremie, CAO90-bonus, maaltijdcheques (€ 10), ecocheques (€ 250) en een cafetariaplan (o.a. fietsleasing).
